Every engagement follows the same structure. You always know which phase you are in, what it costs, and what you will receive at the end of it.

Brief & listening
Sites visited, questions asked, constraints made explicit. The brief is written together and signed by both sides.

Concept
Two to three directions in model and drawing, presented in person. One is chosen, one is developed — none is lost.

Design development
Materials fixed, details drawn, planning submitted. The project becomes buildable on paper before it is on site.

Documentation
Technical drawings, schedules and specifications produced with our engineers — the contract set for tender.

Site & handover
Weekly site presence during construction, a documented handover, and a return visit one year later. Buildings are relationships, not transactions.
